Mō te tūranga | About the role

This full-time role is all about balancing fairness and empathy while supporting our council's financial wellbeing. You'll play a key part in helping customers navigate rates and revenue with clarity, kindness, and professionalism

  • Dive into data to spot patterns, identify opportunities, and keep us on track financially.
  • Help make sure our revenue processes are humming smoothly.
  • Bring fresh ideas and collaborate across teams to shape effective strategies.
  • Keep an eye on compliance with regulations and policies (don't worry—we'll support you with this).
  • Depending on your experience, you may provide support or occasional cover for the Revenue Manager.
